All of our products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
We do offer exchanges for defective items.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect — such as a misprint, incorrect item, or damage caused during production — we will replace it at no cost to you.
To submit a defect claim:
- Email us at [your email] within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the defect
- We'll review and respond within 2–3 business days
Defects caused by normal wear, incorrect sizing chosen at checkout, or customer preference do not qualify for an exchange.
