Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow additional processing time during collection launches or high-volume periods.

Shipping & Delivery

Once processed, orders are shipped via our partnered carriers. Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. International orders may take 7–14 business days, depending on customs and location.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply upon arrival in your country. Holy City is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance.

Preorders

For items marked as “Preorder,” please note the estimated ship date on the product page. Preorder dates are approximate and subject to change due to production timelines. You will be notified via email once your item has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Holy City is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Please ensure your shipping information is entered accurately at checkout. For any issues with delivery, contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Exchanges are only accepted for incorrect or defective items. To initiate an exchange, contact support@holycity.co within 7 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
